Dear Artist,

This month my artwork, Incubation, arrived in Aspen, CO, where it will be exhibited at City Hall for the next two years! I created this piece in my Glenwood Springs studio, with the feeling of the changing seasons of the mountains surrounding me. Summer, Autumn, Winter, and Spring all tesselate musically together. More details on the exhibition in Aspen City Hall to come!

Worth celebrating again in a second letter:

Last month, my work was published in Women Artists On The Rise, a book featuring profiles of 100 of the most promising women artists across the globe, including interviews, artworks, and career guidance!

And some peeks into the home/life front:

Wrapped in love. Long days, but they fade into sweet moments like this one. Momo still (barely) fits into his handmade sleeping bag from Maxine. We designed it together when he was a new baby. The orange velcro attaches to the wrappable wings that nestled him in cozily. I finally wear the nightgown we thought about together.
The heavens stretch broader than the chains on the swing. I wear my handmade nightgown out in the world for the first time (notice the round scalloped hem detail!).
Soaking up springtime bounty before the inevitable Colorado spring snow.
…And the snow arrived literally the next day! This is a snap of us on a date this month. As full-time working parents with serious creative pursuits and who manage all childcare between ourselves, quality time together feels precious and rare right now.
